"Once upon a time, the town of Bryla in the Valley was wonderful and flourishing. But first, fires, and then destructive floods, which became a common phenomenon, changed it beyond recognition. The town lost the Library, the town school and a beautiful park. Who is to blame for all these disasters? The night the Library burned down, people heard the sound of a dragon's wings flying across the sky. Fortunately, the town's Mayor is a famous dragon fighter who can deal with it. And only the children from the Orphanage on the outskirts of town and the Giant know what's going on in fact. But will the townspeople believe the children when they tell what they know? And who will defend the kind-hearted Giant when she is accused of kidnapping the child?
