Development of ICT and the simultaneous process of digitization of economy and society, contemporary are two the most dynamically occurring changes. Digitization, as a constant process of convergence of virtual and real world, has become drive for changes and creates new possibilities of socio-economic development, improving competitiveness and innovativeness of economy. Authors of the monograph discuss these and similar cases. In highly professional manner, they analyze research problems concerning the state and civil society in the process of building global digital economy. They present cyberspace from the cognitive-intellectual, social and market perspective, as a mass phenomenon of global impact and incredible dynamic.
