Recently deceased Delphi Bookham, a 27-year-old woman who never had a romantic relationship, finds herself in the waiting room of the afterlife. Here she meets her soul mate Jonah, a man she can't take her eyes off. And now she has a second chance at life (and love!)... on one condition: she must find Jonah on earth and get a genuine kiss from him within ten days. For Delphi, this is a real challenge: she has never trusted people and has hardly ever known the joy of intimacy. But now that her beloved has returned to earth, she will have to learn to listen to her heart, ask others for help, and perhaps see the magic in her own life.
