Tegan is twenty-three she is pregnant, alone and confused. Her life is falling apart, so she packs her things and goes to her brother, hoping to find safety and support there. But a blizzard stands in her way. A car accident leaves the girl alone with a wrecked car, a broken leg, and a sense of fatal error. And then a miracle happens: a couple from the nearest house takes Tegan under their roof, offering warmth and shelter in a cosy home until the storm subsides. It would seem that the worst is behind her. But with each passing hour, Tegan realises that the decision to stay here may turn out to be the biggest and last mistake of her life.
