Security is one of the fundamental human needs in the contemporary world. Not only citizens, but also political elites should have this awareness because it is them who are largely responsible for developing a sense of security in the state. The fulfilment of the need for security not only determines the development of individuals, but is also conducive to the progress of the whole society and state institutions. The security of the state should be viewed in the systemic-political and social aspect, as a whole of relations. It should be pointed out that the interrelated aspects of threats contribute to the situation in which security can no longer be discussed in only one context. Their variety is presented in the proposed position.
